The IHI Web&ACTION program is a web-based initiative aimed towards assisting health care organizations in identifying issues and developing efficient ways to address their problems. The program offers a series of webinars, followed by action programs that allow participants to take the lessons learned in the webinar and apply them to assignments which are then submitted.
