Differences on Cultural competence Training for Health Providers According to their Race

Although, increasing diversity in the health care workforce and training health care providers to be culturally competent are both considered important strategies in the efforts to reduce health disparities, a literature review found that there is not research focused on identifying the main factors that should be considered when creating and assessing cultural competence training targeting minority health care providers
