The AHA/HRET Hospital Engagement Network (HEN) 2.0 identifies best practices proven to reduce hospital-acquired conditions and shares these with hospitals and health care providers. HEN 2.0 provided technical assistance, educational opportunities, training, resources and learning collaboratives in the following target areas:
