Redefining the H

With the rapid pace of health care transformation hospitals are looking at ways to redefine the "H." Partnering with community stakeholders and ensuring the governance structure is sound fosters productive leadership for the hospital of the future. You will hear a hospital CEO sharing their transformation journey by partnering with the community to redefine the "H" and from a trustee board member sharing their story of the importance of governance.

Based on the 2014 joint AHA Report "Leadership Toolkit for Redefining the H: Engaging Trustees and Communities," this HPOE webinar covered the following:
