Practicing Excellence: Pursuit of the Quadruple Aim

Through this initiative, Highland Healthcare Associates IPA seeks to improve the physician's experience in providing patient care to positively impact both the physician's and the patient's experience of care. The organization seeks to address physician burnout and dissatisfaction, build a stronger sense of community and teamwork, and to share tools to engage patients in their own care. The organization partnered with Practicing Excellence: The Physician Effectiveness Project (the Project), founded by physicians from Sharp HealthCare in California.
