The 2012 AHA-McKesson Quest for Quality award winners and finalists are highlighted in this webinar.

• Finalist UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill, NC;
• Finalist Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, Bronx, NY; and
• The 2012 AHA-McKesson Quest for Quality Prize recipient University Hospitals Care Medical Center, Cleveland.

Gary Yates, MD, the 2013 Quest for Quality committee chairman, president of Healthcare Performance Improvement and president of Sentara Quality Care Network, provides an introduction on the selection process. And Walter Reid, vice president of product strategy and marketing for McKesson, provides background on the Institute of Medicine's six aims for improvement and how these winners/finalists are striving to reach those goals.
