Equity of Care: State-level Perspectives on Reducing Health Care Disparities

Reducing health care disparities is a growing national priority and state hospital associations are moving towards models of support for their members. Hear the perspectives of the Tennessee Hospital Association, Maryland Hospital Association and Adventist Healthcare in Maryland about their equity of care efforts. Each organization has approached the matter differently and their programs and initiatives are spreading and embracing the work of individual hospitals and health systems like Adventist.

This webinar, in conjunction with the Institute for Diversity in Health Management, was designed to increase the awareness of state efforts and address how other hospitals, health systems, associations and health care experts can learn from them.
