Engaging Patients and Community Stakeholders in CHNAs

Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs) have the potential to be powerful drivers to enhance the health of communities. In this webinar, a new comprehensive model for effectively involving patients and community members throughout the entire CHNA process was presented.
