Value and First-hand Experience of Participating in the Fellowship

Sylvia Getman, president and CEO of the Aroostook Medical Center and senior vice president of Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems, was part of  the 2013-2014 AHA Health Care Transformation Fellowship class. In this podcast, Getman describes her fellowship project, which focused on clinical integration and innovative models for physician leadership, and the benefits of participating in the fellowship. She valued the mix of fellows, the exposure to different kinds of tools and the unique learning atmosphere.
