Culturally Tailored Audio-Visual Patient Education about Foods that Affect Blood Sugar in the Primary Language of the Patient with Diabetes

Since 2011, a series of narrated video slideshow presentations has been under development at  Harborview Medical Center, Seattle, under the direction of staff at EthnoMed. These presentations are created by participants in EthnoMed' s contribution pathways program that coordinates collaborations for University of Washington students and medical residents to explore health- and culture-related issues for publication on EthnoMed.
