Leading Transformation and Innovation

Today’s hospital and care system leaders are addressing challenges while maximizing opportunities for transformation and innovation in the U.S. health care system. The AHA's nine-month Health Care Transformation Fellowship provides senior health care leaders with knowledge and actionable tools to transform their organizations. Fellows learn key foundational competencies for health care transformation; approaches to implementing new care delivery and payment models; effective techniques to manage risk and operating costs; strategies to support clinical leadership development and engagement; and more. The fellowship includes three in-person learning retreats, four webinars and one-on-one coaching calls. Designed for C-level executives; vice presidents of finance, operations or strategy; and clinical leaders, the fellowship also provides an opportunity for participants to network with current and former fellows and with expert faculty from the AHA and organizations that have implemented innovative care delivery models.

For more information, including audio and video testimonials from recent fellows, click on “Fellowships” and “Health Care Transformation."

HPOE.org features case studies, webinars and guides from AHA resources and other groups.
