Ready to Serve All Patients

National Hospital Week celebrates the men and women working in U.S. hospitals and care systems who are always ready to serve, care and heal. Like many U.S. hospitals and care systems, the staff at Main Line Health provides health care to a diverse patient population. The health system, which serves portions of Philadelphia and its western suburbs, conducted a community health needs assessment to identify the health needs of its most vulnerable populations. Its strategic initiatives include addressing population health for underserved patients to improve quality of care and health outcomes. Jack Lynch, president and CEO, and Chinwe Onyekere, director of ambulatory services and business development, shared their health system’s story, focusing on population health management and the reduction of health care disparities, in a recent Hospitals in Pursuit of Excellence webinar.
