May 9, 2017
12:00 – 1:00 p.m. EDT / 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. CDT
Join HPOE and the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) for a webinar about how two health systems have successfully hardwired the role of front-line nurses in their organizations by participating in the AONE Care Innovation and Transformation (CIT) program. This work has led to innovative change and ensured sustained safety, quality and satisfaction outcomes for patients and families.
In this webinar, nurse leaders from Texas Health and Lee Health will share their organizations’ care innovation and transformation stories. Texas Health, in North Texas, and Lee Health, in Southwest Florida, each have sponsored multiple teams from their organizations over seven CIT cohorts and 10 years of the CIT program. The webinar will provide unique insights into the success of the CIT program within these health systems and how it helped drive a value-based care strategy.
