IHA case studies
Acquired Pressure Ulcer Prevention
A pressure ulcer team was developed and Plan-Do-Study-Act practice was used to focus on process change. Skin school and musical cues for turning patients were implemented and monthly prevalence studies were completed.

This case study is part of the Illinois Hospital Association's annual quality awards.
