An Evidence-informed Case Rate is a budget for a comprehensive episode of medical care within a defined time period. It includes the prices of all covered services, bundled across all providers that would typically treat a patient for a given condition, adjusted for the severity and complexity of the patient's condition. The tool is free but log-in is required.
