How Hospitals Keep Employees Healthy

More and more hospitals are offering a wide variety of health and wellness programs and benefits to their employees. The American Hospital Association conducted a survey of all hospitals on this topic in 2010 and again in 2015. Results show that the percentage of hospitals offering programs remained steady at nearly 90 percent. The number and variety of health and wellness programs and benefits increased over the same five years.
